Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Surah Yaseen Companion app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal devices for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and all of its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, audio, video, and code, are the property of the developer and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, or display any content without the prior written consent of the developer, except as provided in this agreement.

Quranic Content: The Quranic text, recitations, and translations are sourced from reputable Islamic sources and are provided for educational and spiritual purposes.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or inappropriate purposes, including but not limited to:

• Violating any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening others
• Transmitting viruses or malware
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Disrespecting or misusing Islamic content

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App, even if the developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice or liability. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time.

8. Termination

Your rights under this agreement will be terminated automatically without notice if you violate any term of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must stop using the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
